Good morning everyone,
November is a special month for awareness because it is diabetes awareness month and World vegan month it is also work vegan day and the international diabetes day is the 14th of Nov.
And linking the 2 together there was an article in yesterdays Independent that a vegan diet can help to reverse type 2 diabetes and reduce obesity, which has got to be good news as obesity and type 2 diabetes are becoming an epidemic.

To me this reinforces the need for a healthy balanced diet that works for 'us' and how we as a society should look at things more objectively as obesity is a modern problem caused by poor nutritional advice and choices. 😊
