I cooked too many baby carrots yesterday so blended some today with coconut milk the water I cooked the carrots in coriander ginger black pepper some nutritional yeast and then reheated it. I sprinkled some dried coriander and black pepper on top It was easy and healthy and I love soups. π
Hi Vee thank you, all I did was blend some cooked carrots with coconut milk and water with spices nutritional yeast and heated it up. I just went for texture when adding liquid as I like a thick soup. π
