That looks really yummy, I've tried a few times to do a veg moussaka, the base is fine but can never get the top right, it either comes out runny or a solid lump! Do you have any tips? 😀

Thank you! 😀 This was my first attempt, so more luck than judgment. I suppose it depends which recipe you use. Here is the link to the recipe I used.

When you pour the sauce over the top of the vegetable base it appears thin, however don’t despair it thickens during cooking. Good luck and enjoy! 👍😀
