Hi folks as its the start of the Chinese New Year and the Chinese take great pride in their food.
I had a stir fry with rice for tea, I cooked fennel, white onion, carrot, sweet pepper, button C/N mushrooms and rainbow chard with rice, with a little ginger and pepper with coriander on the rice and the Tamari is Gluten free soy sauce. If I'm honest It doesn't look very Chinese to me LOL
