Hi Sadia,

I have followed the NHS 12 week plan with success - I am currently maintaining a 5 and a half stone weight loss, and have kept that weight off for 3 years now - the support of the NHS weight loss forum (here on Healthunlocked) is really good as well, so might be worth considering having a look to see what you think.

A link to the NHS 12 week plan is here, if you want to see it:

Good luck, and wishing you success with your weight loss goals. I hope you'll stick around in the Healthy Eating forum too - because there are lots of recipe ideas and interesting things being discussed.

Zest :-)

Cutting out processed foods, especially those with artificial sweeteners & bad fats in margarine & sunflower oil.

Restrictive eating times allows me to eat more. I prefer having a shorter eating window every day,but some folks prefer restrictive eating for two non-consecutive days a week. See some of my other posts on the benefits beyond just weight loss
