Tai Chi & Qigong with a qualified instructor.
See if ZUMBA would be a possibility. Ask your doctor, first, please.
You might want to check out the DASH (dietry approaches to stop hypertension) diet if you want to get your blood pressure down
Just throwing out a few ideas:
Third age yoga, Tai Chi, and water based activities (e.g. water yoga, walking in water, conventional swimming, wild swimming, boating).
I can't imagine that there would be much that would be off the list for you...okay, some things might need tweaking, to suit your particular needs, but that, of course, is the same for all of us.
What do you think you might be good at, and enjoy doing....that might be a good place to start. Perhaps this link might help to give you some ideas:

Good luck!
The reason that I mentioned Tai Chi & Qigong is that I have seen with my own eyes people's health and balance improve. Being in a class with people also has social and therapeutic benefits.
I like your suggestion on water based exercises. I know of a water exercise class aimed at older people who have joint problems such as knees and it does help them.
