Natural ways to increase vision

Hello All, I am new here and have great interest in healthy living. Please is there any natural treatment to increase vision.

Hi have you seen that you can buy pin hole glasses which you wear for 15 mins morning and evening. Might be worth reading up about them and seeing if you think that would be suitable for you. Also there are vitamins you can take to help with the eyes I think vitamin E and A are said to help with the prevention of cataracts but again you would have to look into this and see what you think.

Before anyone can answer your question in any meaningful way we need to have more information. Have you had them tested recently and what was the result. If it is a cataract problem there is really no solution except an operation. It sounds terribly serious but in fact is quite an easy painless op which lasts only about half an hour and you can then get up and go. The results can be incredible. For me it was like being reborn !
