Eggs, kale, spinach, avocado, cottage cheese, Greek Yogurt, tuna, sweet potato, steaks, cod.
Greek yogurt, cherry tomatoes from Sam's Club, mixed letuce, gluten free items, hummus, Halo brand oranges, and some extra items.
Eggs, spinach smoked salmon, fish, chicken breast, salad stuff, brocolli

I love raspberries, so they're top of any list of mine plus Bramley apples, sultanas, mixed peppery salad, baby plum tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, onions, skinned chicken breasts, eggs, Granovita nut luncheon and quinoa flour. And that's my top 12 foods.
Whole grains, lentils, seeds and potato comes at the bottom of list ?
Organic milk for making kefir & morning coffee fix.

Eggs, reduced sugar & salt baked beans, milk, wholemeal pasta, smoked haddock or tuna steaks, beef steak, chicken, sweet potatoes, anything quorn

These are my weekly staples and I can make a nice variety of meals with just these.
Avocados, organic free range farm eggs, wild salmon (smoked and fresh), mixed nuts, mixed seeds, mixed beans, , lean chicken, green leafy veg like cabbage, spinach, kale, chard, pak choi etc. Mixed berries (red, blue, black and purple ones), root veg like carrots, squash and sweet potato.
If I was allowed a few more: garlic, onions, tomatoes and red wine would be on the list! and another 100 things I love!
