Best diet to keep hunger at bay is high fat low carb,plenty of information on youtube,also helps you stop eating rubbish, food with sugar in it will have you wanting more again in no time,so will to many carbs, carbs store as fat if not used by the body.

Not sure. To many hours in my day use to eatting crisp at night lol

don't worry about past start a new day. i bought some eat clean bars in case if i feel hungry at night. and they are on sale at asda hesed days 2 for 66p i believe. or you can buy naked bars. plus i keep some coconut water in my fridge. all are guilt free:)

Have you seen the weight loss forum?? And the NHS site? You can check out your BMR and suggested calorie target . . . There isn't any need to be hungry 😕
