Hi

i recently bought a nutribullet to make smoothies. i love it. i have replaced breakfast with a smoothie. you should aim to have 50 oer cent of it green eg spinach, kale etc and then 50 per cent fruit then some water to blend. this morning i had spinach mango avacado banana and flax seeds. the nutribullet comes with loads of receipe ideas and a diet plan
