If you like it and it isn't a large volume.... and it is possible it interacts with certain drugs and supplements so you'd need to check that.

I would think that eating beetroot itself would be much preferable.

One caveat is that if you really were doing this on a very frequent basis, it does colour your urine and faeces so could mask actual problems.

I am a fan so definately yes'm rom me. I actually feel better when I have beet juice. You only get small quantity when you juice, sports people use to increase performance. Excellent for minerals, mix with half a lemon and ginger when you juice for a fantastic anti-toxin which boosts immunity.
