A small stroll was just what I needed

Tired after work, I nearly stayed at home but decided to go for a stroll. I discovered a beautiful woodland walk near my home. It’s a place I’ve driven past a million times. It was just what I needed. I discovered some interesting exercise equipment along the way. It’s amazing what is on your doorstep. Message to myself , don’t turn into a couch potato again now that you are back in work .

Hi Sazza47

Fantastic that you discovered the woodland walk near your home - plus that exercise equipment too - I think that's really great.

Hope you have an enjoyable evening.

Zest :-)

Sometimes just a short walk is better than no walk at all as we all get days when life gets in the way!

Well done. I know what you mean it's hard not to just sit down in the evening but if you make the effort to go for a walk it seems to re energise you. Did you find that? Ali 🙂
