The weather is beautiful here today, the best day we've had in ages. I would have liked to have gone on a long power walk but unfortunately I wasn't well last night, a reaction to cornflakes I think as they have barley in them. Anyway, I did get out for a lovely short walk in the grounds of our local National Trust.
So sorry you were feeling poorly, food shouldn't be doing this to us, must be a breach in the gut lining. Loving photos, bet it was a lovely walk in that sun x
I had a great walk yesterday morning and had gone early as the bright morning seemed too nice to waste so off I had gone!
Had another walk in the evening as well under the pretext of picking up a prescription from the late night pharmacy which I did but it was more to get me away from the flat as I was getting fed up over this coronavirus thing so I thought best thing to do is leave the flat for a while, went out and picked up my prescription and then came back home and felt better afterwards.

Agree, we can't waste bright days after the rain we've had.
Good idea to have another walk in the evening and combine it with picking up your prescription.
It's going to drive me stir crazy but the more of us that self isolate the quicker this will be over, I'm definitely sticking to the advice as my husband is in a vulnerable group.

We were having a think of things we can do to help ourselves this morning and came up with some good ideas for things to do in the flat like having an hour where you worry all you like about things and then put it away once the hour has gone thinking up constructive things you can do for yourself like reading books to take your mind off things, watching films and going on future learn and walks to the local parks and only going on public transport if it's something really important that can't wait.
We are sticking to being at home this week ourselves and doing things like watching videos and listening to music and future learn which I enjoyed yesterday when I went on there and going out of the room when things get too much.
I think things will get worse before they get better.

That's a very good thing to do, we can waste too much time worrying about something we have no control over, in fact if people listen to advice and self isolate then this will be over before you know it, it's those that think that they can come and go as they please with a risk to everyone else. We are self isolating as my hubby has an underlying health condition as does my 4 year old granddaughter whose immune system is suppressed as she has JIA.
It's best to stay out of the way because at the end of the day if the weather is good we can go out as long as we distance ourselves from other people so we can enjoy nature.
