More of a jog today

Hi All

I jogged more than powerwalked today and felt really good about it as I haven't been able to do it for a little while because of my tummy but my tummy was good today so I was able to jog.

Our youngest daughter popped round and stood at the bottom of our front steps to deliver my birthday present for next week, I said to her not to bother because of the current conditions but bless her she made a special effort. Isn't it strange talking to your own family on your doorstep and not inviting them in.

It was great to be able to jog.

Yes it was a lovely surprise as I said to my youngest not to worry about my birthday because of the circumstances, bless her.

Strange talking to her from the door, I really wanted to hug her.

Hi Alicia, what a lovely view. Great place for a jog. Similar where i live. Strange times to be living through. At least we have all this technology now to help. X

Thank you, yes I feel very fortunate too live right by the countryside, the beach is 10 minutes walk away. I'm glad you live in a similar area as well. Agree, very strange times. X
