A cycle ride today

I got my spelt flour today, albeit white flour but it's still spelt.

I've been using my bike to buy odd things ie. going to pharmacies etc.

I cycled just over 17 miles.

Thank you Ali. It's been so lovely and quiet on the roads, I've loved it.

I've been cycling on busy roads for years now so I'm very used to it but if you're not used to cycling in a lot of traffic it can be very daunting.

I'm getting fitter now which has been my aim for a while now. When my tummy was constantly upset I wasn't able to exercise much so it's great now.😊🚴‍♀️

I love Plymouth as its nice and green there especially the area around the hoe.

Yes I'm so pleased, I have the starter going now. The normal flour I buy is whole wheat whereas what I got yesterday is white spelt hence another starter.

The Hoe is lovely but fortunately I'm further away in the countryside.
