Walk everyday no excuses

After gong off all my meds I was told to lose 20lbs if lost 30. Because I’m not taking anything I could sort out what was causing my low energy. As far as I know it was the daily aspirin. For the first time in six months I took one 81mg aspirin and got tired really fast. I have a cardiologist appointment soon, with new blood work, I cannot wait to see the results.
