Enjoying a sit down tonight watching TV.
I had a lovely walk with my hubby this morning walking through National Trust grounds. I had a bit of a plateful at lunch so thought i needed to do some exercise. I ended up walking around the countryside and my total step count was 32367.😀
The photo is of the Mewstone near to where I live.

Thank you Ali. I walked through the grounds of our nearest National Trust Estate, Saltram in the mor6with Jeff, my hubby, and then had a fast walk around the countryside and coast in the afternoon.
The photo is The Great Mewstone which is just down the road from me, I can see it when I'm in the front garden😀

It was really lovely. I was out today trying to beat the rain, in the end we had just a few spits.

That's a lot of steps ....it takes most of us at least 3 days to achieve that. Hope you enjoyed your day out.😊
