I've just got back from a 30 minute cliff-path walk - and it was incredibly windy. I would have walked longer, but I was a bit scared I'd be blown off - so I opted for a shorter route and got back to the warm and dry - but it was a very energising walk, and I really enjoyed it.
The photos are from the route - and they appear very 'calm' in comparison to the wind - I couldn't capture the movement of the wind - so I admire Hidden 's clever photo depicting the movement in her post.
Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend.

What lovely photos Zest and it's been very windy here as well, it's supposed to be gales through the night but calming down tomorrow morning. It's not been the best to go out on a walk here as it's been raining quite a bit and my husband finds it difficult to walk when it's very windy as he has asthma. Mind you, I could have gone out on my own so you have inspired me, whatever the weather I will endeavour to get out.
Thanks so much, and my hubby didn't fancy the weather either - so he stayed in - but I found it was good fun out there! But it was getting windier and darker, so I came back via a short-cut.
Glad you're feeling inspired to get out, regardless of the weather. I hope you enjoy it.
Yes, it looked deceptively calm - yet was sooooo windy! I thought I was going to get blown over at one point - but it was great! Like you said, Invigorating!
