Fabulous power walk

I haven't been able to power walk much over the past few months for to ill health but am thrilled to say that I seem to be slowly getting better😀

I had a fabulous power walk through our local woods with stunning views at the top on what is a gorgeous day here in Devon.

Hi Alicia, firstly I'm sorry that you've not been well for so long and am glad that you're starting to feel better and enjoyed a power walk, the views there are stunning and its a beautiful day so a lovely way to spend time.

Hi Jerry, thank you and I am feeling a lot better than I was, I cannot fault my local doctors' surgery, they have been amazing. I love power walking and am so glad to be 'back in the zone'.

Thank you Debs and I am much better than I was, I love power walking and am so fortunate to be able to do it.

Thank you and yes we do have a fair bit of countryside around us

Thank you and I am a lot better than I was. I've never power walked through the woods before and it was lovely, it was quite hot here yesterday so good to be in the shade, I was the only person in the woods, I didn't meet a soul.

Thank you Ali and it certainly looks like that. I absolutely love walking, can't think of anything better than being out in the countryside, I detest city life. Thank you, there are some stunning views at the top of the village where I live in the South Hams.

Ha ha and reason for saying that is I much prefer to be in the middle of the country with lots of mountains, fields, footpaths, I'm not a beach person x
