I think I would like to try this. It sounds like something I might enjoy. I'm not familiar with it

I don’t remember when I discovered it-it’s a Roman dish that’s really hard to make so I have to eat it in a restaurant…but super yummy—-anyone else feel free to share your favorite pasta…pasta feels like the only thing that makes sense to me these days…I use linguini

That sounds so good and quite fancy.

I'm a basic pasta woman. I make a good lasagna and my family enjoys it. The pan weighs about 10 pounds getting it into the oven.

Sounds really good-caccio e Pepe is 3 ingredients only just tricky to make-actually I’m craving lasagna now

It's so hard to choose, I generally like most pasta dishes. I'm intolerant to milk so don't eat creamy or cheesy dishes, fortunately my family don't like creamy sauces either. I had a nice pork and rigatoni with spinach recently, it was really good 😋

I had an al dente spaghetti with angus beef meat balls with Burria cheese at a Neapolitan restaurant in Hollywood this year. It was so yummy.

also had pear and rockfor cheese ravioli-with olive oil and Parmesan, loved it
