I'm feeling anxious about this week.why?cos my best friend is having some problems on there life and had to cancel birthday do we planned weeks ago and i gave him his presents Friday and not heard from him since.usually he is chatty and likes to text recently anyway.but he could be out of credit and just he sorting the problem out.but my boyfriend hates me texting.now he has been nice all weekend but got but snappy tonight.he hates his job and gets anxious Sundays.but I'm worried cos my support worker is away this week for her wedding anniversary.now with my best friend off sorting this problem i don't know when I will hear from him and my boyfriend hates texts in day which i get if he's working.but I'm worried I'm gonna get a panic and not have anybody to talk to.would you use this as opportunity to catch up with projects and chores i been neglecting?i think i need something to keep me busy...

Very anxious...
Good luck to you. I think talking about things that makes me anxious greatly reduces the anxiety itself. Keeping busy is helpful too.
Thanks degn8er! Good to know not alone with the anxiety thing.
Do the things that make you happy. Do fun things that take your mind off problems for now and off your friend. Your friend may well have run out of credit on his phone but you deserve to be happy. I colour in for happiness and I sometimes write or read or watch a movie. Do something just for you and don't worry about the chores you have to catch up in. I've learned they will still be there tomorrow. Worrying about having a panic attack for me will bring on a panic attack not sure about you.
Thanks Lindyloo53! I like coloring & writing too! There's some good ideas there to keep me busy! Yeah maybe I shouldn't worry too much about chores cos well it rains alot here at moment and is cold for time of year so maybe concentrate more on the fun stuff for a while would be a good idea! I think your right if I worry I am gonna have a panic attack I maybe could be more likely to have one! I
