Just give them a call! They are very approachable and will send someone to you to assess how your son would benefit from their help. After that they will apply for funding from your Council Social Services and go from there. The whole process took three weeks for me and was painless. Headway get it - they really do listen to and understand your issues and will make the process as easy as possible.

Good luck.

Hi Gillie63,

Thank you for your question. As BruisedCrab says, the first step is to give them a call and they'll be able to get the process started.

From your profile, it looks like your nearest Headway is in Bath. You can contact them on 01225 422 786 or info@headwaybath.org.uk.

I hope this helps, and please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any more questions.

Best wishes,

Headway.
