Free mindfulness monthly drop ins for people with Parkinsons and their carers/family

The Mindfulness Network has announced that they will provide a monthly drop in session for people with Parkinsons and their families.

This is run by Rebecca Crane so it is serious and will offer people genuine help to come to terms with and develop strategies to learn to live with Parkinsons and those living with people with Parkinsons.
