Hi there, I suffered a brain haemorrhage in 2013 and my hand and fingers are still quite tight and stiff, so if anybody has any tips/advice/pointers for help with it then it would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Reggie

I fell and banged my head a couple of years ago. One of residual damaged parts was my right wrist, which has nerve and tendon damage. I got some exercises, which ease the pain, when I overuse it.

The Oxford University Hospital has a specialist unit looking at this. You could ask your GP to refer you to one near you, maybe?

Otherwise I don't know what to suggest.

There are hand exercises online from the NHS:

This lot below can be printed out, and kept as a guide

Are these of any use?

Best wishes for your recovery

Hi Reggie. is it your whole hand or parts of it ie some fingers and maybe the heel of the hand. Do you also get weakness in your arm with muscle loss which you can't redevelop and also swelling in the hand with pains in the armpit and chest. On top of that does your hand/ arm become locked up and go spasticated?
