Self- help and tools to work with in audiobook

I was recommended this book by my Psychologist from the Neurorehabilitation team. I have also found spiritual teachings and other books a great help but those are probably very personal choices. This one has a much more general approach and has real tools you can apply to your own situation. I found the audiobook on Spotify and it’s also on Audible so probably elsewhere too.

it’s been like having a therapist actually talking to me! I have felt empowered and I have cried at some of the exercises and they have really helped. The tools are for any loss or trauma but I think that those who are seeking help with their new self and dealing with the loss of their previous life, will really benefit.

Thanks for the heads up Wanda.

I've just got it on Audible. It might be worth noting that there's a 2nd edition.
