Hi Folks,

It sounds clinical doesn't it but apparently (according to a plant identifying app), that is the name of this flower.

I'm not very knowledgable when it comes to plants.

But anyhow, this picture was finished today and I will get it printed onto a greetings card and give it to my mum for Mother's day :).

Now I better get started on my dad's card :).

take care everyone,

MJ

Any mum would be delighted with such a mother's day card. The personal touch is so endearing Matt, and something never taken for granted.

I have some Felicia ; they're always a welcome sight in Summer as most other blue flowering plants have finished blooming by the end of Spring.

Hope you're all well m'love...

Thank you Cat :).

All these cards I make for my mum, she keeps them aside :).

I’m ok apart from some muscle pain.

With my brain injury, I have spasticity and the muscles in my left leg involuntary stiffen when walking.

Since 2015, Headway have helped me get around on the buses on my own and from there I have been going out almost every day.

About a month ago I experienced some real bad stiffness in my leg and after was acute pain. I could hardly walk!

A lot of rest was needed. I think I overdid it by being on my feet all the time.

Anyway, I have flat feet which could have been affecting my knee so I have updated my insoles. I put herbal muscle rub on my leg. I now have a knee support. I’m doing more stretches/yoga and much more rest is needed.

I’m also eating a lot more meat hence the carnivore diet post.

All this has helped with my knee and I can walk around more easier.

I’m still resting it and doing more stretches when I can and remember :).

I now have muscle pain in my right pectoral muscle. It’s nowhere near as painful as the leg but like most other pulled muscles.

I’m putting lavender on that. It helps and I do some mild stretching.

Hope you are well :).

Sorry you're still having these issues Matt. But from other posts I gather you've been increasingly dynamic and probably overdoing things (good things) for some time. My mobility problem was the most noticeable after effect of the BI ; it really gets in the way of who we are doesn't it ?

Good to hear you're taking more care of yourself. You're a talented soul and have a good heart ; look after yourself m'love.... Cat x
