Hello, it’s weird to write some post on here, so here goes, So I’ve been living with post-concussion syndrome for the last two years after I was seriously assaulted in the workplace where I was attacked and punched in the head around 14 times leaving dents, I was bluelighted to hospital and then a week later blue lighted again because I had a bleed on the brain.

Now fast forward two years, I have a diongess of post-concussion syndrome, I have head aches and migraines daily, I’m a changed person, quick to anger and rages, I struggle to recall names and faces at times, struggle with light (have to wear reaction lenses all the time) and just hate other people (it seems). I’m on daily medication as well to try and curb the headaches.

Work is understanding, I’ve changed roles (although still front line as much as I can be) but I struggle with people and the noise at times.

Have you found any strategies to your rages and anger. I feel so out of control and like my brain hijacked me.I changed work places and I feel they assume that's me.any strategies in tackling this I would most appreciate

I have a seizure risk from the craniotomy. I know seizure precipitates. There people and things I will never be around again. I have been seizure free since 2014. I thought too it was perhaps my antiepileptic drug was to blame. I do not like loud noises chaos. I think know if I get angry something or someone has crossed my boundaries. Self care vital for those of us with a TBI. I am so sorry you were assaulted like this. I had a lot of therapy and instructions from doctors to say no. I also do meditation. I walk daily 3000 steps.
