Hi i just had a salt lamp fall onto my head massive bump to left side of head no headache but pain on lump looking for avice on treatment or what to look out for

Hi sorry to hear your salt lamp fell on your head .. I’m sure it will hurt at the point of contact . You could put ice pack on it and possibly take pain relief( not ibuprofen ) if you are ok with pain relief . . If you have remained conscious , and no headache this maybe enough BUT!!!!I would advise reading the guidelines for head injuries as they give you all the details to look out for and when or if you need to be seen by a DR . There are several systems for concussion which you should know what they are so you can look out for them .. google search will show you

Perhaps worth you getting checked out at A&E - you need someone to check that your pupils are dilating and can track normally, and you can touch your nose and those other neuro checks . They won't offer you a CT scan at this stage unless they become concerned. Go straight to A&E with nausea, sickness, and /or a severe headache, or disorientation for example.
