Hello everybody. Unsurprisingly, I talk endlessly to my good friends about my TBI. In fact I worry I bang on too much to them. My friend Lisa though said to me that maybe I should start talking about it online? That it may help me to feel better so I can get it out there, and possibly other folk may like to read it...
So, a few days ago I took the plunge and opened a page on Instagram. Now I'm not very good at understanding how it works, but I've entered a few posts. I started by telling about my life beforehand, family, friends, hobbies, and I've finally hit that date I will never ever forget - 11th September 2008.
So, if anyone on here would like to take a look then I'd love you to. It's called i_had_tbi_2008 - do I put a hashtag before it? OK #i_had_tbi_2008 or maybe @i_had_tbi_2008 - ach you know what I mean I hope!
Oh, and while I'm here, I have a website too, which is mainly about the painting I've done both before and after my TBI lhodonovan.com
Anyway, thanks everyone fore reading this. I need to put the next post up about what actually happened to me. I've ground to a halt on it for now but I'll get there!
