Accepting Support

So just recently I had a letter posted regarding support services in my community...I've spent weeks looking at this letter knowing I need support but no clue how to initiate first contact..anyway Friday just gone I had a tap on my door n it was the lady who is on the letter...I believe in fate n her knocking on my door was that..I wouldn't let her in due to my chaotic living.i. struggle with any verbal communication so thought this will be brief it weren't she sat in my garden for nearly an hour listening to my struggles with BI and is now wanting to help me find the proper support .my hardest battle was getting people to listen to my truth and accepting I need support...slowly but surely the right people are being put in front of me to help me understand the BI I have lived with since the 80s...the journey continues....❤️👍
