Hello - not met you before. I looked at your profile, and thought 'there but for the grace ....' - I nearly got diagnosed with the need for a shunt, but they said in the end that I didn't have water on the brain.

Otherwise, been on this platform for around 9 months, and with a mild TBI. Just realised that something I used to do for work is now going to be impossible. Grateful for what I can still do. This has taken a while to get used to - and to think that I will now be like this, feels like 'giving up' some days and 'accept what you have with gratitude' on other days.

Overall, today is a good day. Sort of. Not exhausted, and thinking about ordinary things. Happy with that today. The sun is shining, which always helps. Hope you are having a positive day too.
