Hi all . I was expecting an mri scan this July as its coming up to a year that i was in hospital from a brain bleed. How can this now be changed to a phone call appointment?

Hi Jill, the simple answer it can't, but generally an MRI is only carried out if there are indications that it is required, perhaps the phone appointment will determine if an MRI is required? 🍀

Hi Jill. Owing to pressure on the NHS I'm guessing that routine MRI's aren't going ahead and that a phone consultation can be used to determine whether you have issues which need investigation. If you're worried do use the call to voice any concerns.
