Waiting for Neuro rehab place

Hi, my dad is waiting for a neuro rehab place from covid recovery.

Anyone else been in this situation, and how long did you have to wait?

Sorry Miltch it's just too difficult to even guess about schedules and beds whilst there's such a backlog of referrals. Have you contacted the rehab unit for ab approximate date ?

Sorry haven’t replied sooner. Yes long backlog and its just a case of wait until a place is offered.

There’s 3 possible units he has been referred to, it’s whoever offers a place first.

It’s so hard for us as his family to know when that might be, he’s been in hospital since January and there’s such a long way to go until he’s home. 😔
