To all my friends on headway, I am sorry for the delay in letting you all know how I am but I have been so ill after what has been happening to me for 29 years. I am feeling a bit better some good days and some bad days. The police have been wonderful and the ladies from the abuse team are amazing. I have a non molestation order which means he cannot come near me. And unfortunately I am having to divorce him for the safety of my health. I read all your mail and I miss Froggy fogs poetry. My speech is a little better but not good. So to you all please take care and keep safe. We're hereabouts, Miss T and I, surviving each new day.Walking twice to keep me sane, ( ' lost cause' , I hear you say )

Sometimes it's hard to hold your tongue, when hearing ill judged rants,

So I just picture 'do this' folks in golden spangled pants.

Owned by a dog? A special club, A focus to be treasured

The part ours plays in so much joy, it simply can't be measured.

Our canine socials at the park? A haven from the woes,

A reason to get out each day and just see how it goes.

Someone who needs you to be there ? So special when it's tough,

A focus, means to help you think, I cannot praise enough.

Twelve hours each day, I have the joy of snoring and much worse,

But so much more to celebrate, in thought and deed (and verse.)
