Dear all,hope you all are recovering well,I am still in early days,without any helps...,neither from hospital or any social services,but the Worth of all is;I have been cutted my Benefits,on the transition from the olds;DLA/Income supports..,I have being assisted with some case workers not much Effective!,just being in the court,and for the ;""6!!! times they Lost all my process!,I really thinks they doing it on porpouses ! Is there anyone who could helps me please to send me any well reconized Law Firms,which could helps me on this extremely Painfully + stressed situation!,by the way my Brain Aneurysm; has been caused,it was the results of being;+-9/10 months..without eat or sleeps well,sometimes,even 4/5 days without any food,I also have some others Severely conditions,such as;" Hiv+ symptomatic + Phancreatric severely failure,Phulmonary ephysem..duo incontinnences,including Bloody dhiarreia daily,my case worker is a nice+sweet+kindly men,however I am desperately in need of someone`s Effective+Dynamic+Assertive!!!that could represents me with solid!!!knowledges,

Hi Joey, I think you need to contact Headway or contact citizen advice as your problems are complex and mixed so you need professional help. Take care and try to contact your doctor ASAP Love Liz x🙏🌹

Dear Liz,hope you and your family are well,and yes,I have being Inumerous times in the chealsea CAB,they also had sent all my documents,whiches,has now been Lost by the DWP!!!"6!!times!!!I do not know how to contacts a social worker??I also have a charity,the third! now,being personally in the job center,in order to delivery,my documents!3 times,they lost them!!being discharged without any helps at all!now my only way of really thinks!!!after 10 months of HOLOCAUSTICALY!( as those in the Concetration camps,time of the nazis!!)I think the objective is to kills us disables,extinguishes us!!without any human consideration,there is a wonderful female,disable reporter,Francesca Martinez,on 11.06,question time,after;+_8 minutes on the progamme,she says;the european human court of law,already states whats they doing,the touture!!is Inhuman!!!that they have Blood in they hands,oh well,they have my blood,sanity,everything,I may as well,kills myself first than them!!

Hi, as I have said to you, your situation is extremely complex and you need expertise help now . I am at a loss as to understand how all your paper work has been lost as this is causing you great distress so before you send anymore documents take copies make a appointment to see your GP and while your talking to him/her ask for an appointment with a Social Worker. If all fails write to your MP as they are very powerful and can do much more than most people can. Love Liz x🌹

Thank you very much for all your kindness and supports, God bless you and your family, My GP already knows about everything, however has never mentioned about social worker acesses,also had wrote to my MP; "from Chealsea and Fulham; "Hon Greg Hands, had also wrote to Jeremy Corbyn, to the Committee of the Parliament! !!have been in at least +-20/21 # times in Diverses CAB +/Charities! !!

In the last time I've been in court, the judge said that he did not have allthe evidences necessary, when I received a txt from them /DWP'S, 2 of them, confirming that they had received all the paperwork, have been personally to delivering all the paperwork in the job centre! Each time, they;

1-lost

2 x times had scans to a different office!

My dear I've been doing Everything in my power, that I possibly could!

I believe that now the only hopes will be a very Well stabilished Law firms! If you or anyone you know have any address or telephone numbers please my dear send to me, as soon as you possibly could please, Gratefully

yes, liz is correct, you need to go see the C.A.B, they can write down all your problems correctly, they can document all the problems you have had with the loss of your files etc

they can keep an eye on your case papers, they can speak to your GP and contact the medical team who help you etc etc

They (CAB) have contacts to everyone and they can suggest or recommend the best course of action.

Im sure they have solicitors/lawyers within the company-if not then they can suggest someone or even contact someone on your behalf.

Yes, you need to tell your GP whats happening and ask them to help you. Failing all that, you can self refer yourself for social work help online, depending where you live in the world, explain that you need a social worker due to your daily struggles, then a social worker can help you and support you through your journey, but all that takes times, and it sounds like you need the help now.... so yes, liz has given the best advice citizens advice bureau UK, you have to start some where !!!!

Legal Aid for Welfare Benefit matters ended in 2012, so a solicitor would charge for all work done.

This Law Center based in Kensington, it does work on a low cost fixed fee service.

A CAB or other agency normally retains all paperwork/photocopies for a period of 6 years and I would have expected them to photocopy any documents, which they send to a third party, so it's worth asking the agency.
