Finally making progress and am going to be referred to a neurologist specializing in concussions. Hopefully this will help.

Hi can you keep us posted on what happens on this please. There seems to be so little expertise with neurologists and post concussion syndrome.

Hi J, that's really good news👍It's really easy to forget to say stuff on these appointments, so spend some time the week before listing problems, and quantifying how often and how bad they are. And list what you want to know .

Have you got anyone who can go with you - I find it helps a lot to talk over the appointment beforehand and afterwards.

Good news about your referral. My advice is to record the session so you can listen back. If you are experiencing dizziness, balance and speech issues have you had any vestibular tests? If not ask fir them. These tests will pick up if there’s been vestibular damage whereas MRI’s don’t tend to show up MTBI. Good luck! X
