i need help my brother please he been put in care home which he hates so bored in tiny room i need hobbies him please he nearly died 6 bleeds brain he says i wish died x one staff called him swear word so i got safeguard involved tommy has got human rights all he wants is flat and from castle hill was only supose be for two weeks please help he didnt live this
