It’s been so hot the past 2 days here in Manchester & I’m finding it hard to cope. Constant headache, dehydrated & extra fatigued.. I’m drinking plenty of water and carrying out breathing exercises but it’s too hot for me. 🥵
Is anybody else affected by the heat/sun?

Yes! It's the same in London, we are 31° too, I've literally just come inside, tried to sit outside but my daily head pain increased massively 😩 So I'm back inside now sitting right in front of the fan drinking my 5th pint of water 😳
You can get it in most supermarkets, it contains all the natural electrolytes & minerals that are taken out of normal white salt, I use it a lot with my athletes especially in the heat, It's Great for dehydration as is coconut water but I've run out ☹️
Have you thought about wearing a cap/hat you can get some nice ones, lite & airy, protects the top of the head from hot sun, maybe it would help so you can enjoy the sun a little longer x take care
It wrecks me too! I have to drink lots of fluids anyway due to having a shunt, so it feels like I never stop drinking water these days. I've been faffing about with trying to make my own iced tea and coffee. The thunderstorms give me a headache and nothing seems to fix it but time you're not alone!
Yes it wipes me out too and I get much worse headaches. I’ve got weaker side from a stroke and it makes my leg hurt much more. We need the rain to come.
Use wet towels (or washcloths) on your body for evaporation cooling. Use a Body cooling vest (eg. an Ice Vest). Have a fan blowing on you. Other ideas FYI:
