Good girl Holly. I wish we could get my grandson exercising in the outdoors. Trying to extricate a 12 year old, kicking & screaming from his communal tech games, isn't a pretty sight.

If it were down to me alone I'd confiscate the hardware and make a deal, but I'm not allowed in the house as my daughter and I are isolating separately. But for her, working full time from home, allowing him to interact with his pals online is the only thing keeping mother and son sane .....😵 xx

Well, as we're mid ADHD diagnosis we have strict rules for Hollie. ALL electrical hardware MUST be turned off and handed to us at 9pm. After that, she winds down and sleeps. If we didn't enforce that rule, she would never ever be able to switch herself off and rest.

Absolutely ! I hope the diagnosis isn't TOO long in coming !

It's been unavoidable I know, but my appts for hand-splints & injections are postponed, probably 'til next year now, and the arthritis is intense. My AF is neglected too. Strange times...... x

No, I wasn't taken seriously for a year or so 'til I saw a doc at a local Family Planning clinic who confirmed it unequivocally. It's not what you know so much as who you know......😕

Oh absolutely, 100% If only we knew, the chat in December in Manchester could have been a whole lot more 'feminine'. :)
