You don't have to move up to 10k. There's enough challenge within a 5k to keep it interesting. I found the increase from 5k to 10k trickier than the initial C25k - you're doing twice as much work!
Is there anything specific you'd like to work on? Would you like to improve your 5k time? Have you looked into a local running club? Is there a parkrun near you that you could go to after lockdown?
