Whenever there is any stress within a few days I have a bad episode. We had some family stress end of last week. Since Saturday night I've had severe headache, so much so it made me sick. We're now on Tuesday and I still don't feel good. I feel I could sleep for a week but my life doesn't allow that as I'm a full time carer for my partner. If only I could stop any stress around me

Hi. You can't stop stress, but you can change how you react to it.

I never believed in all the stuff about how relaxing your body would help relax your mind, but it actually works. I recommend trying mindfulness and finding a relaxation recording online to listen to. You might have to experiment to find things that suit you, but once you have, it can make a big difference.

All the best. 😀🌸
