I have Instagram, but still wouldn't know how to find the page, channel, programme.

Ok - please go onto my Instagram @kavita_basi or @shareyourstrokeifgenius and click onto the profile picture for the insta stories.

When I do the live chat on Sunday at 8pm it will give the option to watch it live on my instastory. Hope this helps.
