Hi

Has anyone had a craniotomy then a cranioplasty with the original bone flap being put back in( hopefully I’ve got those the right was round) I’m so worried every day it feels like my brain is bulging and pushing the bone flap outwards and sometimes it’s more bulging and sometimes it’s just flat I’ve been told this is ok but I cannot see that this can be ok keep getting pins and needles in my head a lot aswell my last operation was the 1st may 2019 my accident was 9 months ago today I’m constantly worried about my head and constantly scared something is going to go terribly wrong I can’t take much more I barely sleep because I keep waking up scared somethings wrong and because of the way my head is feeling is there anyone here who is a year 2 years post op that can please tell me things will get better 😢 I can’t cough properly I can’t laugh properly I can’t sneeze properly I can’t lay on that side this is hell please please tell me this is going to get better I’m so so fed up

I'm speaking on my experience of a craniotomy & bore holes right side of skull,coming upto 7 years post op.

I get this sensation alot specially with weather changes &my scar giving me weird sensations...
