Sending a hug

Merry Christmas to everyone.

If you’re feeling like you’ve just landed on an alien planet and the world around you seems very different after TBI - you’re not alone. My big tip for the day is : take yourself off for five minutes here and there throughout the day, recharge your batteries as much as you can, and hopefully it’ll prevent any peak in fatigue. Try to remember that family members and friends have no experience of what you’re going through, but everyone here does - so you’re not on your own.

Wishing you as peaceful and happy a day as possible, and sending a big cyber hug :)
