I found that balance exercises on their own are very boring and you can soon lose interest, leading to you not regaining your full potential

BUT

I found using a Wii balance board was amazing as the more you use it and try to better your score you suddenly find you’re having fun and retraining your brain.

This is coming from someone that’s been there

Reading your post has reminded me I purchased one of these but soon discovered I wasn’t stable enough to use it at the time. I think it’s time to revisit the balance board and see how I get on now 😊 I thank you for your post and reminding me I have a wii with board.

The wii has been used for many years in physio sessions and rehabilitation residential settings. I found out the nintendo also do controllers for children/adults with poor fine motor skills.
