Dear All,

I just 'Took', one on those Pretend You Were Still At School Tests....Unfortunately 'They' thought I was Female, American and at a College. However I still Got a 'C'...I'm NOT THAT Stupid, after all! Actually it WASN'T based much, at all, on Academia more on what Lessons you chose, what you wore?, what you carried in your Back Pack and whether, or not, you would lend a Pencil To A Friend🤷‍♂️. Quite what, any of this, apart from the Study Choices has to do with Education.....Mind you, I'm 'Nearly Old' (almost fifty-eight) so what would I know. Back, when I was at School, we didn't have Media Studies, Comparative Religion and 'IT' was only in it's infancy. The Internet didn't exist- though there were individual 'Link Ups' between schools, colleges and so on. SORRY I sound like an OLD FART, even to myself....Of Course things change, a Good 'Thing' too! Are Girls still 'Stinky Poos' and Boys 'Smelly Bums'? Not THAT different then......

Interesting,

One of the most amusing test results I had was with the Careers Service.

Because I couldn't return to my old job because of my HI, I though I would go for a career change. I went through the computer test and it came up with two suggestions

1. Ceramic tile designer. Which was completely different occupation that I had ever thought of.

2. Fireman. At the time, I had just turned 55 still suffering from positional vertigo, memory and balance problems and had a blue badge ........

Even the person in the careers office laughed
