Hiya everyone. Just wanted to sing the praises of the Headway helpline (again!)
I won't go into the reasons why, but I really needed some support and encouragement this morning. I was on course for a miserable day full of blaming myself.
I got through on the helpline and had a brilliant discussion. I feel so much better now.
To anyone who has thought about calling them but hasn't, I would say - please do. The power of talking to someone who actually understands your difficulties and how they can affect you is phenomenal. The relief is tremendous and they also can give great practical advice.
I have called the helpline quite a few times over the last three years and they have never failed to help me. Thank you Headway.
