That appears to be for a Work Capability Assessment, the image is too small to be sure, although I'm surprised by your apparent joy.

Its too see if im still fit to work as a civil servant and im happy because i was signed off the benifit sytem 8 years ago and while im not happy about being back on it in my view im still being paid by the goverment like a full time job so in my eyes therea no difference just a difference in stresa levels and so many people have said over the years dont try and go back on it but the sad reality is im back to struggling again

I waited a month because i sent them a long steaming letter and screamed at them face to face

Done all that, complained at length, it's all in black and white on my uc log. Over the moon for you

Hiya Bexx

Sorry i'm completely confused ??

What is it?....it's way to small to read and i just cannot understand what

this form is about .???...have you gain a large amount of money from government that you didn't think you would receive?

Your reply to Sealiphone is even more confusing??

Your not working but feels like working ?? people telling you not to work but your happy

caus your working and can work as civil servant ...without working but feels like your working on a different level?????

Either you have taken something or smoking something or it's a piss take of folks like me that work our backsides off everyday all while coping best we can with Bi ??!! ...

PLEASE explain this post as i have headache trying to work out what it is your talking about!!!!

This is a site for Bi folks....can you be a bit more clearer with stuff like this as it winds me up when folks not clear?????? ....

So i am not making fun of anyone, im still working my butt off even though i am not in the office, i dont want to distress anyone

I have a brain injury myself, its my pip form, no i have never and will never touch drugs so im not off my head ive been working since my bi was 3 years old when i was 16 and im now 31 so i understand how hard it is

I am dealing with my brain injury for the first time in 15 years im sorry if me getting excited about getting help upsets anyone but am entitled to it as much as anyone else and i am not going to be using it as a scape goat i fully intend to go back into the office and work up to full time !!!

erm, this doesn't seem to be a reason to celebrate. I can't read the letter but letters like this generally means that the DWP are saying that you are capable of work OR what they call Work Related Activity. It usually means that they are trying to reduce your Benefits. They are NOT trying to help you. You need someone who understands the DWP system to help you with this. Good luck.
