Hi folks,
A common symptom with brain injury is fatigue/extreme tiredness.
This is a pack of Moringa extract powder you can get from Holland & Barrett.
Some people may turn their nose up at this where some people may actually see a lot of sense in it... I mean the fact that nature works way better than pharmaceutical drugs.
I suffered with fatigue but don’t so much now. I get tired still but not extreme tiredness like it was.
I started off using frankincense essential oil to battle with fatigue and it has worked wonders for me and I continue to ise it.
I add Moringa to my smoothies but not necessarily because it reduces fatigue but because it is rich in calcium.
We are told that we get a good supply of calcium from milk (cow’s milk)... rubbish. We get much more calcium from Moringa and other plnt based sources.
As I said, not everyone is going to agree and that is where you might want to watch a very informative documentary called What The Health.
Due to my brain injury, I have a slight right-sided paralysis and I could hardly taste anything on the right side of my mouth and also I could not salivate to well either so my mouth got very dry.
So I had been chewing my food on the left side of my mouth for years and years.
Overtime, the teeth on the left felt like they had receded so I began chewing on the right. At first I would start chewing on the left and swap to the right. Over tim I got used to this and started chewing my food on the right with no problems.
Now it feels my right side teeth have receded and it feels a little uncomfortable.
A few years ago I read how lots of calcium can regrow teeth.
I don’t know for sure how true that bit of info is but I am intaking a lot more calcium now via Moringa and other plant based foods and I have got to say that it feels less uncomfortable on the right side of my mouth now :).
Don’t go expecting that you can regrow a tooth in a week by consuming Moringa cos that is beyond pathetic. Rome was not built in a day
