Has anyone ever heard of Botox treatment for migraines?! (I had bacterial meningitis in 2016 and have had a constant daily migraine since)
My GP mentioned it to me thinking I should try it a few months ago and 2 weeks later my neurologist suggested it as our next method of treatment.
Anyways I had my first treatment yesterday which totaled of over 30 injections in my forehead, temples, behind my ears, back of my head, neck and shoulders and they said it takes a few days to a week to kick in but I wanted anyone’s opinions on it and how they found it? Any info would really help cause this is something I have ever heard of and I’m praying it works

I’ve heard of Botox being used for a few head problems and if it does work then great . Keep us up to date with the results , I really hope it does work .
I was honestly so surprised at the lack of pain to get all the injections! I don’t know if it’s because I have a high pain threshold or if I couldn’t feel it because I had a migraine at the time but I didn’t even feel my neurologist performing the treatment at all.
I have read up and heard about CBD oil but I don’t think I would be able to get it
